1100 aluminum foil for phenolic composite duct
Phenolic composite duct is a type of duct, mostly used for air supply and bulk material transportation. It is made of multiple layers of materials, with embossed aluminum foil on the upper and lower surfaces and high-performance phenolic foam in the middle layer. Such a structure does not require welding, is airtight and watertight, and is widely used.
The aluminum foil used on the upper and lower surfaces of phenolic composite ducts is usually 8011 aluminum foil or 1100 aluminum foil, with a thickness of 0.018-0.2mm, and the state is mainly H22/H18. The aluminum foil needs to be embossed or coated first, and then compounded with phenolic board or polyurethane board. It is generally double-sided compounding. The finished product specifications are 20mm thick, 1200mm wide, and 4000mm long. (Note: Mingtai Aluminum supplies single-sided/double-sided smooth 8011 aluminum foil and 1100 aluminum foil, without embossing or laminating.)
1100 aluminum foil: 1100 aluminum foil has good formability, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and certain strength. It is widely used in heat exchangers in the refrigeration industry, storage containers in the chemical and food industries, and capacitor shell materials in the electronics industry.
Phenolic aluminum foil duct has excellent performance

4. Recyclable. The recycling rate of phenolic aluminum foil composite air ducts can reach 60%-80%, while traditional air ducts can hardly be reused.
