CTP plate base is widely used in offset printing plates such as positive PS plate, thermal CTP plate, photosensitive CTP plate, UV-CTP plate, etc. In the printing industry, PS plate mainly refers to the aluminum plate used for printing, which can also be called “pre-coated photosensitive plate”.
PS/CTP plate aluminum substrate is 1050 aluminum plate, 1060 aluminum plate, 1070 aluminum plate alloy, and the aluminum content is ≥99.50%, ≥99.60%, and ≥99.70% respectively. It has the advantages of low density, high strength, good forming, good hydrophilicity, high stability, and good surface treatment, making it an indisputable PS/CTP plate substrate.
